Back To School Sale!

Aug 21, 2011

The special, 2-disc DVD set of BOX ELDER is on sale this week only for $9!!!!

Now, you may be thinking, “C’mon guys, nobody actually buys DVDs anymore.”  And that’s true.  Nobody buys DVDs anymore… for themselves.

But if you want to give someone the gift of laughter, you can’t exactly hand them a wrapped piece of paper that says “Watch this movie for free on Netflix streaming. Happy Birthday asshole.”

But you can give someone a beautiful Box Elder DVD, complete with 3 separate audio commentary tracks, over 45-minutes of deleted scenes, outtakes, behind-the-scenes videos, and many more things you can’t find on Netflix.

All for only $9 plus shipping.  And shipping is only $4, no matter how many DVDs you buy!  So pick up 5 copies and get your Christmas shopping done early.  At these prices, you can’t afford not to buy some DVDs.

Click here to make all your friends very happy.

Netflix Streaming!!! (and other news)

Feb 3, 2011

New News!

We know you’ve all been eagerly anticipating the day when Box Elder will be streaming on Netflix, and now you can mark your calendars for February 20th! That’s  17 days from now!

And that’s not all… Box Elder will be available on Amazon.com VOD in about 45 days, and will be available on Cinema Now in about 90 days.

So now your friends have no excuse not to watch the film over and over and over.

But remember… we don’t really get much money if you watch the movie online. If you really want to help support us so we can make more movies (and if you want to watch over 2 hours of special features) you can still buy the DVD from us here: http://www.boxeldermovie.com/dvd/

And if you’re a student at MU, you can student-charge the DVD at the bookstore.

Todd and Brock in LA

Dec 11, 2010

Todd and Brock haven’t seen each other in a while, so when they met up in LA they decided to make a video about Box Elder’s release on Video on Demand and Netflix. Or, at least, they tried.

Box Elder on Netflix

Nov 20, 2010

That’s right, Box Elder is now listed on Netflix!

But we need your help…

We need everyone to help us grow the demand for the film by adding Box Elder to their Netflix Queue. Once enough people have “saved” the film, Netflix will begin to offer it via streaming as well as DVD.

Here is the Netflix link: http://tinyurl.com/3336z2q

Also, for the next 80 days or so you can still catch the movie on Video On Demand.  Here is a list of cable providers that carry the film, but the list can change without notice so check your local Video On Demand menu to see if the film is available in your area: http://www.boxeldermovie.com/vod/

And of course the film is still available to purchase on DVD from our website, as well as Amazon.com: http://www.boxeldermovie.com/dvd/ and http://tinyurl.com/3ymeor2

Now Available On Demand!

Nov 1, 2010

That’s right, beginning today (November 1st), Box Elder is available throughout North America via cable and satellite Video On Demand.  If you get cable or satellite, check your local Video On Demand listings to see if it’s available.  And if it is…watch that shit.  And tell your friends to watch it.  It would mean the world to us, and we’ll owe you a cold beer when we see you next.

This really is a great opportunity for people who love the film to help us out. If we can get a lot of people to watch this film on VOD in the next week or two, more and more providers will pick it up, and it will help us eventually get on Netflix, Amazon streaming, iTunes, and hopefully several more outlets. So please, tell all your friends.

It’s also a great opportunity for people who have never seen the film to check it out, instantly! Right there on your own TV in your own living room. You don’t have to wait for us to come back on tour through your town, and you don’t have to order a DVD and wait for us to ship it out to you. Now you can order it and watch it right away.

Click here for a list of providers that are currently carrying the film. But that list is subject to change, so if your provider isn’t on there, go ahead and look for the film on your VOD menu anyway…it just might be available.

And when you order it, take a picture or video of your TV screen proving that you ordered it. We’re gonna announce a contest soon that you might want to get in on.
